20. Press plate (circle)
The press plate (ring) is a part used in the die to press the stamping material or process parts to control the flow of the material. In the deep drawing die, the press plate is mostly called the press ring.
21, press bar
The press bar is a rib-like protrusion used to control the flow of the material in the drawing die or the drawing die. The press bar can be the partial structure of the die or the press ring, or it can be inserted into the die or the press ring. Separate parts.
22. Material pressure threshold
The pressure bar is a special name for the pressure bar with a rectangular cross-section. Refer to "Pressing bar".
23. Bearing plate
The bearing plate is a plate-shaped part used to connect the upper plane of the long concave die and support the stamping material.
24, continuous mode
The continuous die is a die with two or more stations, and the material is sent to one station one by one along with the stroke of the press, so that the stamped parts are gradually formed.
25, side edge
The side edge is a punch that cuts out the feeding positioning gap on the side of the strip (belt, roll).
26, side pressure plate
The side pressure plate is a plate-shaped part that exerts pressure on one side of the strip (belt, coil) through a spring to make the other side abut the guide plate.

Ask

How many hours can a high-speed punch generally work continuously?

Answer

High-speed punches can theoretically work continuously. Like some high-speed punches, under the condition of ensuring lubrication and ensuring feeding, they do not punch except for temporary replacement of materials. They are continuous punching work for adults. When working for a long time, the mold and feeding system must ensure the reliability and accuracy of the punch press. Generally, the punch will reach thermal equilibrium after about 2 hours of work. The gap between the moving parts is stable, and there will be no abnormal conditions such as biting and napping. The high-speed punching machine should continue to work and its load should be reduced. It is recommended that the load be about 60% of the nominal force to ensure the rigidity of the machine tool.

How to repair the stuck mold in the high-speed punch?

Answer

How to repair the stuck mold in the high-speed punch?

Ask

What should I do if the high-speed punch fails?

Answer
The more common faults are mainly: 1. The inching or interlocking of the high-speed punch cannot be operated due to some reasons, so that the punch cannot be stopped in time; 2. The red light will not be dimmed for the second time, and it will be on all the time; 3. Punch The electric slider cannot be adjusted automatically; 4. The counter cannot work normally, etc.

The following mainly talks about the causes of the first two failures and the solutions to these two failures.

The first is that the inching or interlocking of the high-speed punch cannot be operated due to some reasons. There are many reasons why it cannot be operated. The first point is that the button switch of the punch has a fault during the switch, and then just replace the broken switch. The second point is that the line of the high-speed punching machine has fallen off or broken, causing the press line to malfunction. At this time, the damaged line must be removed and replaced with a new line. The third point is that the PC control input terminal of the punch press is abnormal, which means that the PC controller of the high-speed punch press has a fault. This requires professional maintenance personnel to check the PC controller and repair it.

Then the red light will not dim after the second fall. The reason for the constant light is that the gap between the clutch and brake of the punch is too large and it is not adjusted back. This will lead to the extension of the braking time and the change of the angle. At this time, just refer to The adjustment method of the clutch and brake is just fine to adjust the gap back; the reason may also be that the punch is overloaded. At this time, the red light will fail when the red light is turned off twice, and even the punch will stop working.

When using a high-speed punch, if there is a failure, first do not worry, first find out the cause of the failure, and prescribe the right medicine for this cause, and you can easily solve it.
